The new silk road increasingly carries ideas and innovation over the Internet between innovators and product development groups around the world to Asia. WTOIP, a leading Chinese innovation catalyst, has teamed up with AutoHarvest to bring our respective ecosystems closer together, bridging the distance with potential new partnerships, technologies, products and services. Korea’s Hyundai has joined as our first Asian carmaker and is offering proprietary technologies to the industry. Unique Fabricating is introducing a sustainable recycled material for vehicle interiors developed by a Malaysian corporation. We were invited to present our e-collaboration marketplace in Beijing at the ITTN Innovation Conference and showcase member technologies. I-Hub members are offering insightful articles, blog reports and video presentations highlighting the value of Open Innovation and dynamics of licensing. Unique Fabricating, Inc.
Unique Fabricating was founded in 1975 as an automotive die-cut fabricator of non-metallic materials supporting General Motors, Ford and Chrysler and their Tier One suppliers. Today, Unique Fabricating has partnered with other automotive suppliers to introduce sustainable concept car, using Renewable Polyols. Unique Fabricating is incorporating Renewable polyols into their PUR Foam products. All plant scrap foam waste is collected and sent to be used as feed stock to manufacture to polyol's - thus Unique is achieving a Complete Close Loop Process.

All chemicals used to manufacture are sustainable, thus reducing the impact on the environment and achieving lower CO2 emissions.
